Description
Deepdub is seeking a detail oriented and motivated Finance Intern to join our finance team on a part time basis. This role is ideal for a finance or economics student looking to gain hands-on experience in financial operations within a fast paced tech environment. You will take ownership of day to day financial processes, with a strong focus on invoice management, vendor reports, billing, and general financial administration. Responsibilities
- Manage and process AR INVOICES (ACCOUNT RECEIVABLES) and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support vendor management, including monthly reconciliation, preparing vendor reports, and maintaining supplier records.
- Assist with billing cycles, payment tracking, and financial documentation.
- Support the preparation of internal financial reports and summaries.
- Help maintain and improve financial workflows and internal procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial data as needed.
- Perform general financial administrative tasks and assist with ad hoc projects.
- Assist in managing freelancer payments, including tracking, verifying, and coordinating payment cycles.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Prior experience in financial administration – an advantage
- English - high level
