  • Technical Translation: Translate technical scheme fee updates into clear business requirements and adjust your communication style to effectively influence diverse stakeholder audiences.

  • Cross-Functional Solutioning: Collaborate with other teams to drive remediation and execution of complex scheme fee reconciliation solutions.

  • Strategic Risk Mitigation: Challenge the status quo and identify systemic risks within the scheme fee remit to ensure details sync with the broader business strategy.

  • Project Ownership: Act as a key supporter or owner for project delivery, specifically regarding the implementation of scheme mandates and new region onboarding.

  • Financial Impact Evaluation: Evaluate the impact of financial outcomes on cross-functional partners and identify data-driven opportunities to improve business outcomes by conducting detailed reconciliation of predicted versus actual costs (predictions vs actuals) to manage and investigate variances.

  • Optimisation Recommendations: Provide high-level recommendations to management based on scheme fees being charged to drive cost efficiencies.

  • Process Leadership: Lead the development and documentation of best practices to ensure reconciliation processes scale and manual efforts are minimized.

  • Other duties as assigned.
