In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Execute the company’s treasury operations.

Responsibilities will include

Functional Expertise

 To prepare and report daily cash position of the Company and its subsidiaries to management.

 Ensure execution of investments timely to avoid any loss of returns, maintain compliance with corporate governance standards and proper record keeping for audit purposes.

 To execute setup of infrastructure required for investments in the Company and its subsidiaries

 To execute all payments of the Company and subsidiaries and ensure all payouts happen as per pre-decided as per SOP and compliance

 To arrange documentation for all Foreign Payouts with banks

 Ensure closing in relation to bank accounts for timely closure of books of accounts

 To execute all debt repayments of NBFC arm and ensure timely payout to lenders

 Provide operational support in terms of documentation, KYC etc. for debt raising.

Interaction

 Interact with internal & external stakeholders (including authorized signatory, bankers, lenders etc).

Problem Solving

 To ensure day-to-day operations as advised by Treasury front office in the areas of foreign currency, Investment, fund transfers and Banking transactions are processed on-time and within cut-offs

To succeed in the role

Qualification & Experience (type & industry)

 Minimum Graduate degree in commerce or Finance

 5+ years of working experience in relevant field

Skills & know-how

 Good MS Office skills particularly in MS Excel.

 Possess knowledge of basic understanding KYC of companies

 Exhibit meticulous attention to details and speed of accurate execution.

 Good communication skills to deal with external stakeholders, lenders, auditors etc.
