Job Title: Personal Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO. This role requires someone who can seamlessly manage a mix of professional and personal tasks, ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized and daily operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day coordination between CEO’s office and other stakeholders
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, scheduling, and communication across teams
  • Handle personal and professional tasks with confidentiality and efficiency
  • Be available beyond regular working hours and on weekends as needed
  • Manage and coordinate the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and meetings
  • Handle communication on behalf of the CEO – emails, calls, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders as required
  • Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and logistics
  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO’s home and office for various needs

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a PA/EA or in a similar coordination role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
  • High level of discretion, reliability, and ownership
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and after-hours when needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools
